Below are some fun and impactful ways you can be a part of our mission:
💕Host a Cuddle Break
Nothing inspires workplace teambuilding like a visit from animals!
During a Cuddle Break, Five Acres will bring 2-4 adoptable animals to your workplace to meet and greet employees for two hours. A $300 donation is requested for a Cuddle Break to help us cover the cost of staff and transport (plus your donation directly supports homeless pets in our care!).

🐾Host a Donation Drive
As a nonprofit shelter, we run entirely on donations from our community to support our work.
Our AniMeals Pet Food Pantry is also completely dependent on donations of food to operate.
Holding a donation drive is a tangible and impactful way for your business to support our mission! You can find up-to-date lists of our most requested items on our Amazon Wish List. You can also find a toolkit with printable marketing materials in our Donation Drive Toolkit.
If you would like to schedule a time to drop off your donations or would like to request a team member to come pick up your donations, please contact Madeline at madeline@fiveacresanimalshelter.org to coordinate.

We are always looking for new businesses to join our paw-some lineup of corporate sponsors!
We host three major fundraising events per year:
- Tail-WaTrivia Night (January)
- Putts for Paws Golf Tournament (April)
- Golden Paw Gala (July).
